Refund policy

At Hilltop Seafood Company, we take great pride in providing the freshest seafood possible. Because our products are highly perishable, all sales are considered final once the order has been picked up.


Order Pickup & Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup.
If you notice any issues — such as incorrect items, damage, or quality concerns — notify our staff before leaving the store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Once an order has left our store, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable nature of our seafood products.


Refunds & Replacements

If a product issue is identified during pickup, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at that time.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to pickup by contacting us at sales@hilltopseafoods.com.
Once your order has been prepared or picked up, cancellations can no longer be processed.
