All orders placed through our website are for in-store pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery.
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we confirm payment and availability.
You agree to pick up your order on the scheduled pickup date and time. Orders not collected within the designated window may be discarded due to perishability, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed items.
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Once you leave the store, all sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price at checkout will reflect the current price at the time of purchase and includes any applicable taxes.
We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify’s secure payment system. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for your order total.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the perishable nature of seafood and produce, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been picked up.
If you notice any issue with your order at the time of pickup, please alert a team member immediately so we can address it.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if a product is found to be defective, spoiled, or incorrect at pickup.
Orders may be canceled prior to preparation by contacting sales@hilltopseafoodcompany.com. Once your order has been prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
